HOUSEKEEPING FEE

At The Bal Harbour Hotels

Our housekeeping staff will not maintain or clean any kitchenware items which are brought into our rooms by our guests. Guest agrees to be automatically charged an excessive cleaning fee determined by Hotel Management of not less than $250 in the event that any room is left in unsatisfactory condition or misused during stay by guest or room occupant. Please, absolutely no grilling of any type is permitted in rooms or on hotel premises.
